Ugh, yeah. I foresee myself living out of my car... :( I was hoping someone might need a house sitter/pet sitter, but those are tough to get.

Have you tried helpx.net?

Applicants from the US have a 95-98% acceptance rate as reported by other members on the board. Not sure where these statistics are gotten from, but I remember seeing them a month or two ago.

Thank you for that!

Yeah, that came from ksand24 so you know it's correct.

All credit to her, I searched her posts and found this link. https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/immigration-statistics-quarterly-release

More than likely, you'll be accepted. The rates for US applicants is high which is in your favour.

And my experience with AirBnB is not favourable, but one of my friends is an actor and was using AirBnB as her base while auditioning in NYC. She worked it out to a month upfront and a couple week-by-week extensions. It seemed like the best option for her at the time.

I don't know if that's typical of AirBnB cause I was a one and done customer XD

Ah welcome to our little gathering!

Thank you :) best of luck to everyone! My husband has just informed me it was 20th April, not 24th - so 4 days closer right!?

Are there any rough ideas of timelines?

We're talking weeks rather than days over here, sadly.  It's been about 10-11 weeks so far.  People who applied in the last week of February/first week of March are only hearing back now.

Have there been any early March non-priority people? I didn't see any in the March forum.

That's basically the timeline I figured out. I just want data to update my running schedule XD

Cheers! There might be one. I have mild dyslexia so it's very possible that I missed it cause I just didn't comprehend it's existence XD

Looks like that app would be around the 10 week, 1 dayish mark- still making the average around 10.5, but that's really awesome!

And good luck sammyab! I'd be checking my emails constantly if I was in your shoes XD I'm weird like that
