This spreadsheet is brilliant and exceptionally useful.  It's important to note the average is a little misleading and on the low side as the sample remains open-ended with a lot of applications pending.

Out of curiosity, what time (US or UK) did you get your email? It's been really random lately when I had been seeing for a long time that people were getting the emails in the early morning.

Solaire to answer your above qs:
Around noon US time on Friday 7th
On business wait day of 54

That is great news! Both that you got your email and that they are working overtime!  ;D

Check the tracker with your GWF#, I am hopeful it was sent in error and should have been a decision email because on the tracker it now says me and my sons applications were decided on July 5th and I received that email yesterday the 6th about it not being straightforward. I am trying to stay positive :)

Anymore news? We have the same email but GWF tracker saying "number not recognised"

Have you looked at your UPS tracking number?

Does anyone that received a denial know how soon their IHS refund was posted back to their checking account/credit card?  I'm wondering if I can use this as a barometer of my success.

I checked the tracker obsessively and it disayed nothing until after the decision email was sent.

It can take 90 days.  So unfortunately not a good indicator.

Yes Ive been checking UPS like every 15 minutes and I have the email alert set up to notify me when it ships. I got that weird email on Thursday about it not being straightforward and I was still checking the tracker as well. Tracker did not update until the following day (friday) about mid day.

So confusing. I'm sending you positive vibes. Hoping all us folks on this late Apr path get some clarity this coming week. I'll post if anything changes for me. My MP replied on Friday after I updated her about the email they sent. She called and was basically told our app was still under review.

When I got my FLR(M) rejected, it literally took the full 90 days to get a refund. AKA why I didn't have the money to pay for Priority processing.

Not only was it a good day cause of the email, but I finally figured out how to get Luna (cat in my icon) to cuddle me. Good day thus far.
