Has anyone used the Pet Moves service from Paris to London?

Just wondering if anyone has used this company and if so what the cost was?  They transport you from the airport in Paris to London via the Eurotunnel. I'm considering flying into Paris with my Shih Tzu since there is a restriction on this breed flying until September 15th. Does anyone know if it's possible to have one dog fly as cargo (because she's too big to fit under the seat and the other int he cabin from Washington to Paris?  Thanks.
