hello. accommdation provement. land registery deed

hello

we will stay at sponser's house

they own a house but they are still paying back montgage

they brought paper looklike picture of deeds ( not paper. it looks like picture which is taken by phone or camera)
and there is solicitor sign on first page


is it right?
or do i need to get solicitor sign each pages?

You need to go to the Land Registry website and pay £3 to download a PDF file of the Land Registry document. You then print it and send it with your documents.

No need for any signatures or anything on it.

Most people are in this exact situation and have just purchased the official copy from the website and printed it.

but i heard that

it is not official. it is just copy
so i need to get sign from solicitor each pages ..

It's definitely considered official - almost everyone here on the forum has used it for their visa and no one has been refused.

In 10 years of advising on this forum I've never heard of anyone having to get it signed by a solicitor.
