UPS tracked my application as delivered last wednesday, but still no confirmation and its driving me crazy. To mind my nerves I've been knitting my husband a scarf, thinking about matching socks next haha Just gonna sit here and knit my worries away

Ugh ugh ugh - it's just... oh there are no words... Ble. Sing it again! On loop... By the way I meant we'd throw a rainbow cake in with the elusive package not into the toaster as that would be messy!

I think that by the time we have an email back from Sheffield my sanity may have actually broken enough to be throwing rainbow cakes in the toaster!  8)

Note to EmilyUK - I know you're reading this - it is NOT acceptable to be on this forum all day. I know it's hard, but UKVI and visa application, despite how it feels, is NOT the only thing in your life. You DO have things to do. NO you cannot 'check it just one more time'. Do OTHER STUFF!

Pink toasters reference is from a thread I posted in May when we got confusing email. A couple of people checked and confirmed that ours was a same-sex marriage, and then a couple of other lesbians joined on the thread and someone said something about recruitment and free toasters, which became pink toasters and then everyone wanted to be an honorary lesbian, so I was just keeping the tradition going. The rainbow cakes arrived in this thread, and I think the rainbow reference in that instance is a happy coincidence. LOL
