If you steal the box, the only thing to do is run away and post on other boards.

Just a text to ask him to put me out of my misery and satisfy my curiosity! I just want to know WHY?! Why would you want to take this box?! If something happened, why wouldn't you just tell us! We would be okay! I can't for the life of me figure it out...

I looked at his UKY profile.  While it's possible he's been here and seen them while not logged in, according to his profile page he hasn't visited UKY (while logged in) since May.

Tempting!

It truly makes no sense.

I just meant that he's surely had subscriptions turned on for this thread for at least a while so he had to have seen at least SOME of the comments through the emails that he's been quote in?

Maybe, but not necessarily - I don't have any subscriptions turned on for any threads and never have. The only way I see any posts made is by checking 'Recent Unread Topics'.

If I'm honest, I was a little sceptical when he asked to join in, since it was only his second ever post on the forum and he'd been inactive for 4 years before that (first post was in 2013, next post was 2017)... just appeared out of nowhere, waited until he received the box and then disappeared again.

But he wasn't exactly getting an iPad mini or something in there! What was his motivation from getting this box? what'd he think was in it?! lol I want to know if he was happy or disappointed with what he received.
