The critical rules:

Review of the rules:
1. Keep the weight of the box and contents under 2kg.
2. Do not reveal the contents, except to show what you have selected to keep from the parcel.
3. Do not apologize for how long you keep the parcel. (But... see #4)
4. Do not steal the parcel!

Rule #4 is because we actually had someone steal box #1.  The current box is box #2.   ;D

Uggh ,why sign up for these things if you're going to steal the box?

We used to do UKY Secret Santa. But, uggh, one year so many people signed up and then didn't play.  So we had people who had sent out gifts and then didn't get one in return. That year a few of us bought extra gifts to make sure those playing got something.
 Then we also had someone throw an absolute tantrum about the gift she did get.   It lost its magic.

It never passed the smell test.  Someone who had NEVER posted or commented on anything all of a sudden popped up on this thread and was all in.  And was even chasing for "where is it now" and all.  Then ghosted.  But how do you say, "Yo, we have no idea who you are, you can't play."  Anyways - we probably would say that now.  BWAHAHAHA.

I don't know what he thought was in the box... we all love the box and enjoy it immensely.  But it doesn't really have a value.  There aren't any ipads in there.   ;D
