Did this happen? Do I need to continue to be envious, or can I stop feeling left out?
Also, any update on your computer, larrabee?
The guy from the complaints department made his follow up call as arranged and I told him it was still not right. He had me speak with a senior tech support guy who said that there was nothing at all that could be done unless I took the computer in so that they could see the problem!!!
It didn't seem to matter how many times I explained to him that we were past that stage, I'd taken it in when it was frozen with all the errors showing but because they couldn't reproduce it later in the back room they decided there was nothing wrong and sent it home with me.
So he says I have to take it back, ...again... this'll be the 4th trip in for this problem, it's like some bizarre ground hog day situation, I am so frustrated!
He did say that he'd try to get involved by phone when I was in the store so I have a little hope that they will actually try to fix it, but not much... (I've given up asking for a new one as that was just getting nowhere but I do want it fixed at least!)
It just seems that they are so dictated by protocol that no common sense thinking is allowed at all. They don't like it when you point that sort of thing out!
