ILR spousal visa to apply next year 2018

I will be applying for Indefinete leave to remain spouse visa next year 2018.
I would like to know what documents I will need and any suggestions you may think are useful for my preparation.

All the required documents are there - they are pretty much the same as for FLR(M), but you also need to pass the Life in the UK test.

I don't think anyone on the forum has applied for ILR under the 5-year rules yet, but we have a few people who will be applying in the next few weeks/months.

Here is a copy of the SET(M) form so you can get an idea of the information and documents needed:

Generally speaking, the documents you needed to supply for your previous FLR(M) application will be the same needed for the SET(M) application.  You'll need items such as evidence of living together the past two years, your passport and BRP, your spouse's passport, marriage certificate, evidence of accommodation and finances, and so on.  (original or certified copies, as per usual) 

You'll also need your pass certificate for the Knowledge of Life in the UK Test, so if you haven't already taken it, you'll need to get it done before you apply.

Two weeks today!  I can't wait!

Get it out of the way!  Just keep the pass certificate in a safe place.
