I hope you got that £1,300 or so back from her... you gave her £2,928 and she applied for one visa worth £1,464 and one worth £89... thereby fleecing you out of £1,375.

The total cost for both visas plus IHS surcharge should have been:
(£1,464 + £600) x 2 = £4,128

But your lawyer would have paid just
£1,464 + £600 + £89 = £2,153

Once piece of advice for future applicants:

ALWAYS fill out and pay for your own application. DO NOT let a lawyer do it for you!

Personally, I would want to double-check and research it all myself (probably the scientist in me)... so I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it for me .

Yes, that's the correct type.

It's £600 surcharge for this visa. You should have to pay it but there has been a glitch in the IHS system whereby it says child dependants don't have to pay it, and it won't let you do it.

So you will probably have to send off the application without paying and then wait for UKVI to contact you and ask you to pay it (usually right before the decision is made).

We got our visa approved on 19th November and received it on the 24th.  We can now go as a family to the U.K.  Thank you for your help and support, we started our journey on the 5th July, thank god it’s all over!

.. the Ihs surcharge isn’t applicable for a fiancé visa but is for the dependant.

That's because a fiance visa is only for 6 months and somebody with a visa of 6 months or less, needs to have health insurance as they can't use the NHS bill free, unless it's a service that is free.

How long was the visa they gave your daughter?
