No response re TOR

Hello. We sent of Beth's ToR application in the post recorded delivery with all the evidence included around 2.5 months ago but have heard nothing back. Her shipment arrives on Saturday. We emailed nch.tor@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk on 6th Oct to chase the application but no response to that either. Have others waited this long? Any other contact numbers? Can you get money refunded if you pay customs then get the ToR through? Thanks

Oh dear! I think they're coming through in a week or two at the moment. Can you send the application in again with a your email incase they have lost the original?

My son applied for his ToR on the 27th Sep this year and got approval next day so definitely worth submitting it again as an email.

Thanks all. Thankfully when we phoned they had received and processed at the time but for some reason the email had not come through. So she will finally be reunited with her stuff.
