Thanks for the positive comments. That's the reason I joined this forum was to have people who are or who have gone through the same thing. A little extra support is never a bad thing. I'm preparing myself for the worst & hoping for the best. And, I really hope those of you who have been waiting a lot longer than I have get answers soon!

We are planning to apply this friday and we got an immigration lawyer. She says to put the lawyer letter first on top of the application n then the priority reciept email. However, on this forum i read that if u dont put the priority receipt email on top of the rest of the stuff, they might put us in non priority. What do I do?

The ‘priority receipt at the top’ advice only applies to US applications because the documents are mailed directly to Sheffield instead of submitted in person at an appointment.

So you need to follow the instructions for priority on the TLS website instead.

For Tanzania applications it says you just print the priority receipt and take it to your appointment:

Hi everyone,

I am attending my biometrics appointment this Friday, March 9th and I would like to purchase the priority settlement package, but I'm not sure where to find it.  Do I go to the VFS Global site and purchase it from there?

I know I should include it in the envelope that I ship, but just want to be sure I'm purchasing it from the right place.
