Thank you KFdancer. I know I have to disengage now and just not to think for the next 2 months. Having being rejected first time unlawfully, makes me thinking about possible rejection second time as well. I don’t know what he really scanned, he looked as if he learnt to type only a few days ago.

Very very scary and very very sad.

I'm sorry the guy was such a jerk Katie! Fingers crossed you get good news soon!
Thank you, southernbetty! I have no words for the whole experience. It’s just being a milking cow without having any say.

I also made a picture where TLS contact promises priority settlement visa within 15 days.

It's awful that you have to put your future in his hands.  You've done your part though.  I still wonder what went wrong the first time around.  I have this hope for you that when they look, they'll realise you were incorrectly refused the first time and apologise and give you a full refund.  I don't think that will happen though.  Just so long as they give you that big fat APPROVAL this time.  :)

Hello everyone,

I applied second time today (from France). The application experience was atrocious and scary.

I asked if I could send my documents directly to Sheffield, they rejected me. Only scanning procedure from France.

The guy who was scanning my documents was absolutely unprofessional. He didn’t want to scan Appendix 2, and only that I insisted firmly made him to do that. He made the rest of my documents in absolute mess.

Just want to cry now...

It is really awful KFdancer, especially when you pay this amount of money.

I don’t expect any refund, I am not positive even about second application... MP still didn’t get any answer with explanation from the HO about our first application.

Nothing was wrong previously, I consulted 2 lawyers... if they couldn’t read my Ielts test number, and it was the only thing, they should have requested a copy of it again.

My husband's MP sent him a letter in response to our request. He was kind enough to send a copy of the letter he received from the UKVI. Basically it was a "we already told them additional checks are required" type thing. With no information as to the type of checks they are doing. We are basically right where we have been. No answers at all. I just don't even know what to say at this point.

I’m sorry they gave you no clarification. Will your MP consider calling and asking?

That is what I asked. My husband doesn't think it will do any good to ask. He is also afraid us being persistent will end with getting refused. I look at it like I've dropped a ton of money on two applications and the least I should get is an answer as to the delay. But I suppose that is just me being impatient.

It's a tick box visa.  They will NOT deny you for being persistent.  I PROMISE!

I'd ask the MP to call and put real pressure onto what isn't "straight forward" and if they need any additional documentation from you.

One more question. Is it best to have him contact the MP as I am not there yet? Or can I contact them as well? I don't know how these things work. Thanks!
