Thank you!  I just called the 1-800 number and apparently in their system the package isn't marked as requiring a signature, even though in my email from the UK Gov it says it will be.  I will go with what UPS tells me, leave a note on the door and hope for the best! 

You will all be getting updates tomorrow and I hope to hear some from all of you!!

Did you purchase your return label from VFS? I was under the impression they provided labels with signatures considering how important the documents are.

I did purchase it from VFS, but in UPS's system it doesn't show that it requires a signature, so I would assume that the UPS delivery person would be more likely to follow that protocol rather than VFS. 

Either way, I feel that the note I am going to leave will suffice.  Otherwise I will go to the depot nearest me if they don't leave it at my house.

July 2013: Met in Chicago
June 2016: His contract ended and we moved to UK (visitor visa)
December 2016: Visitor visa expired - I move back to US
May 2017: Apply for Marriage visitor visa
July 17: Marriage visitor visa approved
10/12/17  Married in the UK!
12/2017: I go back to US to apply for visa.
Biometrics Appointment: 03/09/18
Mailed in my application: 03/21/18
Passport Received: 04/18/18
Moved to UK 05/25/18
Spouse Visa good until 02/15/21
Applied to renew: 12/22/20
Approved: 04/04/21
