Priority Spouse Visa FALL Timeline (Oct-Dec)

If the application is straightforward, they only spend a total of about 2 hours working on it... so unless they need to request further information, it will just be sitting in line waiting to be picked up and no one will work on it at all until the day you get your decision email.

Yea I’ve seen where that’s the process. I still think my ECO is on holiday in the Caribbean  .  I just wish they would get through with ours

I just wish I had any idea of when we would get an answer.  The fact that it could be today or a month from now is torture.

Exactly. I went ahead and put 30 business days on my calendar. That’d be May 9 because of holidays. Seems like it’s never coming on days like today

I received my decision máde email this morning and a separate email letting me know my package has been dispatched. I literally had to pull over to puke... it was Awful. Does anyone know if they deliver on Saturday? I bought the ups one through that website they suggest when I paid expedited.

I received my decision máde email this morning and a separate email letting me know my package has been dispatched. I literally had to pull over to puke... it was Awful. Does anyone know if they deliver on Saturday? I bought the ups one through that website they suggest when I paid expedited.

The label is 2-day shipping but I don’t believe they deliver on a Saturday (you could check with UPS though)... so you might get it Monday instead.

Once the package is in the USA, I believe you can call and have it held at a local depot.  You *may* be able to collect on Saturday if they are open.  But yeah, Thursday emails are the worst as you have to wait the weekend.

Don't panic.  Quick decisions are approvals.  Break out the bubbles!

I'm trying really hard to think happy thoughts considering my package was delivered to Sheffield on 4 April, but no acknowledgement email until 16 April    And there I thought I was on BD 9 (or what ever it was at the time)  Now I'm on BD 4 HAHAHAHAHA Kind of funny actually 

Edit to Add: I think I've lost my mind.  Going to go find it now as I finish my anatomy and physio assignment due tomorrow
