It’s Saturday... what’s everyone doing now that we can’t stare at our emails?
I will be baking, I think. Laundry and yelling at the kids to stop wrestling (sisters) is on the list too. My husband is studying for his final exams for his history degree, so he’s a grumpappotomus lately.

I wish they had Skype and face time back when my hubby and I were separated. Life would have been nicer while waiting on the green card

It really does help tremendously.  We have been separated before and actually never really did it but this time it's making things much easier.

Laying around today renting movies. Skype a little later on. Pizza for lunch! Have slept so horribly the last few days I can’t be bothered to do anything today.

My mother in law came to visit me. She is so sweet and nice, makes me drunk with champagne and says it will be all good with my second visa application...

today has been a really tuff one for me. all my peeps back in the uk are either working in or going to this big cabaret show/club night thing. super sad i’m missing it, and nobody to talk to today, cause they are all out partying it up

Ooh, I think i saw ads for it and also have friends there. It's really hard during the wait, but just remember you won't miss any more once the paper is in your hands! The end of the road is coming soon. I missed trips to Finland and a bunch of events my husband played and always felt so crap when it happened. But I'm 100% positive they all wish you could be with them tonight too. Do whatever self care you can to get through this ️

i did get a fun drunk text from a friend who fell asleep on his train home last night wishing i was there

Thanks! I might give that a go. Only problem is the center is 2 hours away from me so if it fails that’s one heck of a long day for nothing.
