If your package has already arrived in the US, maybe try calling UPS now. Perhaps they will be able to electronically alert authorities to hold your package ahead of it arriving to your city? Worth a try

This is great bbkrhm! However my timeline isn’t so promising. As of Today (Thursday) I’m only at BD 9 from date Sheffield sent email to confirm receipt of application. It took them 9 BD to open my package
