I was JUST about to add my timeline to this thread but I see that it's the FALL time line. And since spring/summer is upon us and I know from watching this forum last year that this is when it get backed up.  Should I start a "Priority Spouse Visa Spring/Summer Timeline (May-August)?

This is the thread for all priority applications so you can post here :)

Ok thank you @masonjohnsmum, I'll add my name and numbers to the thread.  I FINALLY applied for my spouse visa on April 23, biometrics on April 30th by walking in (soonest appointment was for May 14th!) and shipped my application on May 1.  It was received in Sheffield May 3. Now I wait to see if I screwed anything up  :o

My family plans to relocate to the UK in July so we're really hoping that my months of stress preparing this visa application were all worth it.  Now to figure out my ToR, shipping company and moving 2 cats :\\\'(

i’m actually really surprised i didn’t get a “not strait forward” email, cause i have a criminal record. plus, one of my convictions (2005 non-payment of fare - traffic violation) i couldn’t find any court records, so i simply included the case information from a background check website.

hope that doesn’t mean i’ve been refused.

Think positive thoughts girl! ;)

Hello all! Sorry for the silence, it’s taken me a week to make it just to London and still have a couple of trains to get home! I wish everyone the best who is still waiting. I still stalk about here every day to see how you all are :)

bbkrhm, any news? Did u get your packet yesterday?

Yes sorry that we haven't updated - we were anxiously checking and the package arrived on Friday when we were together and we were APPROVED! Such an amazing feeling. My wife has not travelled back to the UK and I will be joining next week.

Still no idea why ours took so long but now we can just look forward and try to forget about the whole process...until we have to start again for the extension!
