Congratulations!  You can officially walk round with a smile on your face all day, with the occasional Whoop and punch in the air.

I’m glad they’re moving again! Congratulations.

We’re still in limbo 64-BD and two emails requesting payment and location of biometrics. This is starting to stress my marriage and relationship with my three young kids.

Hi Everyone,

I been a guess on this forum for several weeks now. The support on here is amazing. I have applied for a different visa which is a parent visa to U.K child. I want to meet my child for the first time and live with her in the U.K. I see her everyday on Skype. She is going on 5 months old. I was denied entry into the U.K. a few days before she was born due to my past immigration history in the U.K. I’m applying from Atlanta.

My timeline

(Priority)
Biometrics - June 20 2018
Application Sent to Sheffield-  June 20 2018
Acknowledged Email - June 27 2018
Non Straightforward Email - June 29 2018 ( Due to past immigration history)

Hopefully we will all receive decision emails soon. My child is growing everyday and I’m missing out on her life. I really want to help raise her and only want to settle in the U.K. to help raise her.

March 2018 - My child was born :)

Thanks :)

No I haven’t applied for an attorney because I didn’t know where to start to find one but if I am to get refused then a attorney will be my next approach but I got hope and have a feeling that I will get approved so that I can be with my child. I’m getting tired of seeing my child on Skype but it’s better than not seeing her at all. I just can’t wait to hold her.  Please UKVA. My fate is in their hands and my fingers are crossed. Hopefully we will all get a decision before September.

It's a very tough visa to receive, I'm afraid.  Legal representation would have been the best approach.  Not even taking into account the prior overstay.

I take it you are no longer with the child's mother?

Big hugs, hopefully it is approved.
