I am having a garage sale Saturday. Got 8 boxes of stuff to "keep" but leave behind, and then 2 bags to check in and 1 carry on + purse...I'm gonna be a walking mess lol!

Ha ha!! You can do it!! You did well to get down to only 8 boxes!! That's amazing! I wish I could have a garage sale but it's just too flippin hot in Miami for it right now... not to mention it storms at some point practically everyday. Trying to sell things on LetGo and Facebook marketplace but to no avail. I've got some great hardly used stuff too!

I am in Louisiana!!!! Hahah! I'm gonna do a garage sale from 6am-2pm...I think I'll actually die and melt. Nice knowing you LOL

It has been pretty dry here for a couple weeks...hoping Saturday is dry as well. Thankfully, our car port is covered, so I won't have things out in the rain if it rains!!

8 boxes is sooo good compared to what I had. I have about 15 boxes of stuff to sell. Anything I don't sell, is being donated!

Humid heat is so GROSS. I can't wait to be in cold England. It's wet, too, but not....sticky hot wet. Thankfully, the car port will be covered...maybe it'll reduce the heat a bit! Probably not though!!

I so agree! I love the cool, cloudy, and damp English weather. My friends think I'm nuts. But honestly, I think I have a sort of reverse seasonal affective disorder. I'm absolutely miserable when it's just sunny and hot everyday. That's seriously how it was EVERY SINGLE DAY in the part of LA I lived. Hardly ever even a cloud in the sky. And definitely no rain. It drove me mad. So glad to be out of there.

I'm becoming kind of bitter about everything at home. (which I'm sure is only because I'm moving so soon) But I am so looking forward to England everything! Weather, food, people....My husband actually WITH me!! EEK!

Woo hoo! Well, we've got each other's hand to hold as we go through this process. It feels a bit better having someone to go through it with. Let's help keep each other sane!

In what part of the UK will you be living?  :)

I'll be in Leicester :) what about you?

Ignore it.  This happens every now and then.  It's just a glitch in the system.

I know it's easy for me to say ignore it and not to worry, but we see this 3/4 times a year.  It just happens.  No rhyme or reason.

Aw... What a horrible glitch. What a tease! :(

I've not been to Leicester but I do like Leicester cheese! LOL! I still have a lot of traveling yet to do in the UK. I've only been to London in the South... Most of my UK travels have had me in the North - Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester, Leeds, etc. I just love the UK. Each city or county has its own bit of magic. It's awesome!  :D

I'm definitely planning to ship some things... I have my guitars, my crystal/mineral collection, my work computer, and a few other things that that all MUST come with me. I'm scared to find out what it's going to cost...  :-\\\\

What city will you be living in?  :)
