Thank you! Really hope so

Hi Everyone!

Just thought I'd pop in and say hi...see how the October and onward folks are making out with their visas!

For a good laugh and something to look forward to in and amongst all the bureaucracy.... when you all make it over, you will have to call to get an application for an NI number sent to you. The folks at the job centre hotline are some of the most pleasant people I've encountered in my life. The guy I spoke to a few days ago was literally whistling, singing, and cracking jokes while he was taking down my info.

SUCH an improvement over the Home Office ridiculousness!!  :D

That's really motivating to know! Sadly, the HO doesn't give a great impression of how things will be in the Uk. So we have something to look forward to ; )

My package seems to be going the same path it took to get to the UK, which is nice so I know what to expect! It just left Kentucky and if it continues it’s expected journey then it will be landing in the airport 20 minutes from my house tonight! Says expected delivery tomorrow. I tend to sleep late but don’t want to miss the delivery so it looks like I’ll be sleeping by the front door just in case it comes early in the morning😅

Whoever decided the decision made email should not tell you the decision is a sick twisted individual haha!

My tracking shows I won't receive it until Thursday which feels like a lifetime away.  :\\\'(

I agree, it’s crazy. But I will never forget opening that package just a couple days ago. They had actually taped some of my papers inside the envelope so it made opening it a bit more difficult as I was trying not to rip anything. The first thing I got out was my passport and I was frantically trying to see if I had the famous vignette inside. Took me a few seconds to find it but when I did, it was the very best feeling ever. I was on speaker phone with hubby and I said “I got it!”. To which he replied “Yeehaw!” 😂 I think he wants to be an American cowboy.

I’m hoping the very best for those still waiting. And I hope each and every one of you get your “Yeehaw” moment as well.

OMG! Just got the decision email for myself and my daughter and tracking number.

My husband is on a plane now coming out to see me so we can spend thanksgiving together. Never expected the email today 14BD!

We will be together when we open the package! So nerve wracking now.

It's nerve wracking but so special you'll be together! You may be able to fly to the U.K. together too :) *
