Priority Spouse Visa FALL Timeline (Oct-Dec)

Usually when someone wants to chart/track everyone, someone just takes the lead and creates it.  Feel free to create away. 

Someone in one of the FB group just started a doc this morning/last night. I had a word doc put together, but it hard to use in a forum setting. A nice setup was one that Visajourney had for those coming from outside of the US to join their SO here in the US.

People have put it on Google drive in the past.  But I will warn - people will moan and moan if it's not updated to the exact second.   

Oh I hear you there. Thankfully I'm seeing more approvals from those who applied direct to NY. So fingers crossed more on this forum are going to get their approvals soon as well.

Me too! Been checking my emails everyday and working downstairs in case I get a delivery without an email.

I'm hoping we get our emails the same day so we don't both go into an anxiety tailspin. I keep reminding myself that statistics are on our side (I read 95% of people get approved), but it's so expensive and you always hear the horror stories...

Same here. I’m also frustrated that our business day counts shouldn’t start until we got our application received email. Tomorrow is 6 weeks from when mine was delivered in NY but only 4 weeks since I got my email.

I’m still feeling confident about getting approved but am getting impatient! I know everyone can relate haha.

I know this feeling QUITE a bit. We haven't applied yet, but we keep going over everything so many times. LOL We know the documentation is solid, but we fear we will catch an ECO on a bad day and will get refused once we apply.

For the record, that won't happen. ECO's aren't allowed to work that way - no personal opinions are involved.

It's all about ticking the boxes. If your application and documents tick all the required boxes, you'll get the visa. If they don't, you won't... regardless of what the ECO thinks. So, as long as your documents tick the boxes, you'll have nothing to worry about.

Oh i have no doubt they are very professional about just making sure the boxes and info matches up.. but it's that "What if" type thought that runs through our heads. We know it won't, but well, can't shut up the demons sometimes
