Ah, so they seem to be using a new email address for the new system.

In the past, when all the documents were sent to Sheffield, they would contact you to ask for extra documents using the VISAINFO.SHEFO@fco.gov.uk email address.
Actually both of these are being used. I've seen both in the Facebook groups.

Approvals are quick.  Refusals take time.  I suspect you have a shiny visa flinging it's way to you.  ;)

Very happy to read that. Unfortunately i've lost a lot of confidence with the Home Office so i'm very hesitant to get my hopes up despite sending a very organised detail application. I'll let everyone know how it goes.

Any idea how long it takes to receive the docs / passport back after a decision? I've got the return UPS tracking # but nothing is showing up so far.

I've only seen 1 quick refusal and the person knew via email and as quickly her refusal was revoked, they even went as far as to call her and let her know as soon as her passport is received she will get the Visa. Everyone since then has been approvals.

Hey guys,

Everything has been sent off (thank GOD) but I’ve just realised something: for one of the months that I was paid, the pay date fell on a Saturday, so was paid in my into my account on the Friday, the day before. I realised but amidst everything, forgot to mention it in my letter like I wanted to. Do you think this will be a problem? Every other month is fine, it’s just that payslip that has the discrepancy of something that my bank decides to do.

Eek!

My package is on its way back, within 30 hours of uploading documents.

If its accepted it must mean they print the actual visas pretty quick.

Emotionally prepared myself for any outcome though  ;D

Yes, just sent to the email they provided. I sent two emails but clearing labeled 1 of 2, 2 of 2. All the attachments wouldn't fit in one email despite compressing them.

Just curious, you say priority application but not through VFS.....  VFS is the only service provider for priority.  Color me confused!

Same as KFDancer.

What did you actually purchase for the priority service?

There is only one Priority Service you can buy, and that is the one offered by UKVI and purchased through the VFS Global website (VFS are UKVI’s commercial partner).

It’s called Settlement Priority Service and it costs $793.

It gets your application put to the front of the processing line when it arrives in Sheffield. It is completely separate to any shipping service you may decide to purchase.

See here for information about the settlement priority service:
https://www.vfsglobal.co.uk/us/en/premium-services/priority-visa-for-settlement

If you did not purchase this specific service, your application will not be processed as a priority application.
