It would be interesting to know what format documents were originally sent by the people who have had emails requesting docs. I.E. originals, copies, one sided, two sided, what size etc. just to see if there is some kind of pattern or to get some insight about how the scanning hub operates. Seems like they may just plop your stack of papers in the feeder and that may explain why docs are “missing” or “incomplete”? Just a thought

So this is just a personal thought of mine... I saw in the FB group that one of the people who was requested to scan and send missing financial docs got their passport and docs returned yesterday and said the paperclip was still in the "missing financial docs."  I followed the guidelines set forth by the VFS service center that specified no paperclips or staples of any kind. I used to work in the scanning department at the IRS and when packets came through with any paperclips or staples or other things that would obstruct their scanning, they were put in a pile and shipped off to another department for manual processing. I made sure to send my packet without any staples or clips and one sided only based on my experience working at the IRS. I am anxious to see if my application gets processed without having to provide "missing docs" as I think my theory may have something to do with it...

I'm on 34 working days since my biometrics. Still haven't heard anything in regards to my escalation.

Is it typical for priority applications to take over 30 days?

After I got the email from Sheffield (Nov 27th) stating, "Your online application has been received at the UK Decision Making Center" I thought it would be a matter of days before I received a decision :/

Just email them again, have you tried checking your tracking? Someone received an approval and their package with absolutely no contact.

Did this wait start driving you crazy yet?

I called them today because I just thought my email was odd. They said my daughter decision has been made since end of November and the other 2 is still awaiting decision and that I will receive the IHS link as soon as a decision is reached in the other 2.

I did, our first time talking to the help line we were told it would take two days to hear back. We called again after the two days, and we were told it can take up to 15 days but its usually sooner than that.

I have the tracking # bookmarked, Im constantly checking it hoping for some update.

Well today I was told it can still take 60WDS, although we paid priority.  Very heart breaking. I was hopeful because seen others with dependents getting it in 30wds.
