:D  I tried to get a new script when I went to the clinic couple weeks ago but was told they don't prescribe them any longer... I had wanted some for the flight over because I can panic very quickly... But.. I have some left from an old script and was told they are still good... 8)

Lucky lady, I've never taken them. I'm more of a benadryl girl, especially with my racing, it helps put me to bed.

If there are any meds which you rely on, even if it's only from time to time, it's a good idea to make sure you have enough to tide you over for your first few months in the UK.  :)

They don't prescribe xanax here, but they do prescribe diazepam. If you need anxiety meds occasionally just make sure you bring it up to your GP when you register and it likely won't be an issue. (they don't want you taking it daily, but it sounds like you only use it rarely - that's why I have it too.)
