Hey everyone!

I had a thought this morning that might be on other peoples minds so ill ask..

If we have received a request for more documents email. Can we assume that the rest of the documents are there?

Surely they would go through everything first before sending a list of missing documents?

Has anyone ever had multiple requests for additional information?

I sent my missing documents off last night and to be honest I cannot remember any other time in my life where I've been this stressed and anxious. :( :( :(

Any information and reassurance would literally make my day!

The other docs are there and also I've seen ppl getting decision made emails up to 3 days after sending the requested documents in.

So they are actually actively working on your case. You should hear something soon.

I know its nerve racking, I've been having a hard week this week.

Just curious for those who have applied recently (and under the new changes) What is the step by step process that you had to go through when applying? Ie:
1: Fill out the online application
2: self upload?
3: pay for services?

I'm trying to get a grip on what is required when. Ie, when does the self upload come into play (at what step). I know it may seem like a silly question, but I am one of those people that likes to know what to expect when. :)
Even when life seems at it's most dark and despairing.. there is within the power to make change.

Ugghhh folks! We have just got the same e-mail as everyone so far with missing scanned documents:

The UK Decision Making Centre is currently assessing the application submitted by the above named. Due to a technical error whilst scanning your documents we are unable to conclude the application at this time as we require additional information. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Please provide the following documents:

- Sponsors bank statements covering the 6 month period immediately prior to your application date. These must be full bank statements showing your sponsors salary deposited.
- Sponsors payslips covering the 6 month period immediately prior to your application date.
- Sponsors employment letter confirming position, type of employment, length of employment and annual gross salary.
- Marriage certificate.
- Evidence of accommodation arrangements in the UK.
- Evidence of relationship i.e photographs of you and your sponsor.
- Sponsors passport biodata page.

I've posted in our main thread my questions, but just so everyone is aware as well. SO FRUSTRATING!

I pretty much have the same timeline as you, but I haven't received any emails. I paid to get an confirmation from them and was then told my daughter application has had a decision, since end of November. Haven't received anything for my son or myself. Glad someone from the November group is getting looked at.

Hi everyone!
I received my decision made email. It took just under 48 hours from when I sent off the requested documents.
They said in the email my passport is on its way to me. Hoping this is a good sign.? I’m so ready for me and my boys to be back in our home with their daddy (hubby) :D.
 Hope everyone hears back soon.

Hi,
Good Luck when you apply and maybe by then they will get it right  ::)
I filled out the Appendix and had it ready and printed 1 sided.. Filled out the online app and printed, forgot to print it 1 sided so I stuck a note saying it is 2 sided but hopefully they will see that.. Went to the biometric appt, then off to a UPS store.. I didn't scan my doc's in online, just one page to let me continue.. I was afraid to with it being so new.

Yaaaay... should be good news. The turnaround has been pretty quick once you send your documents in.
