Priority Spouse Visa FALL Timeline (Oct-Dec)

Omg! Yes I just got my confirmation email from Sheffield - literally this second!

My timeline so far........
Online app - Nov. 14
Biometrics - Nov. 19
NY received - Nov. 20
Sheffield received - Dec. 14

So happy to have any info at all now fingers crossed I get the result I want!!

FYI for anyone needing to send additional documents:

We sent 7 e-mails in total and only got 1 verification that 'e-mail 2' had been received.
I e-mailed: SheffieldDocsRequested.RestofWorld@fco.gov.uk to confirm had all 7 been received.

I got a reply to confirm that yes all 7 had now been added to our application 

So for anyone else in a similar situation, you can follow what I did.

Hasn't happened for awhile, but does from time to time.  It's a busy time of year (for social calendars), so I would be surprised if anyone works the weekend.  But the day isn't over yet.  Maybe today will be your day!

I had to send my additional documents in a similar fashion.   I got my decision made email about one week after i sent resent my documents via email.    Then it took about 3 days to get my stuff back from New York.

my nerves are kicking in. I can't wait nor can my Mrs. atleast they didn't request additional documents or anything missing so far.

It's  nice to hear someone did not get asked for additional doc's to be sent..

Today I received the “Your online application has been received at the UK Decision Making Centre.  Your application is currently being prepared for consideration by an Entry Clearance Officer“ email.

Here’s the timeline thus far for those who are unable to see my signature line:
Spouse Visa (Priority)

Met husband in USA: 09.2012
Married: 16.10.2017
Online app submitted: 12.11.2018
Biometrics & docs sent: 19.11.2018
Application delivered in NY: 20.11.2018
Application received email: 14.12.2018

Yaaay for exciting email. My docs got to NYC 1 day before yours. I'm still waiting on that email.

I can confirm my visa was approved after a year of waiting since my first rejection (this was a brand new application).

I'm very happy, my earliest travel date was the 14th December and this is the day I travelled. I am now in England and very relieved the whole process is over.

I wish anyone else waiting good luck (I hope there's many more approvals before Xmas) and i'm thinking of ways we can help change the inhumane policy and broken process for this.

If you don't mind me asking why were you refused? Also, do you need to wait a year before your next application if you are refused?
