Whew! Finally received acknowledgment from Sheffield that they have received our app and docs and they are being prepared for the ECO.

Definitely a big relief to receive this email as NYC has had our docs since 7th Dec.

And now, we continue to wait lol.

It looks like people are receiving decision emails 2-3 weeks or so after the Sheffield acknowledgement email right?

I'm glad you got your email.. I am hoping it's that long... of course now New Years day makes it a bit longer but, we will get there  :D

Good luck both of you!! My application will be going in hopefully by mid January. I don't think we'll be able to do priority processing anymore with the new fees :( I wonder how long it will take with that and 2 children on my application... *sigh*

Maybe by then, the scanning issues will clear themselves up and things will move fast for you and your children... Best of luck  ;)

.Fantastic news!! We are still on track to file on March 1st. It cannot get here fast enough.

Question, how long can an application sit online before it has to be submitted? We are thinking of creating the account and start going through it come first of January, so we can ask any questions ahead of time if we get stuck. :)

Someone said 7 to 10 days after this email but I am not sure how factual that is.

I have 2 kiddos on my application as well. I applied priority I'm still waiting today was 32WD, but I have seen approval with kiddos 30 WDS. You might have to wait the full weeks, I think at this rate I might be waiting 12 weeks as well.
