Just got my visa!! Beyond happy and relieved! It’s been a few tense days of incessantly refreshing my UPS tracking. Just want to thank everyone for their help and encouragement - especially KFdancer, ksand and larrabee - you guys are the bees knees! I’ll be back in Farnham on the 20th just in time for my son’s 15th birthday. Thanks again and good luck to everyone still waiting. Happy New Year!!!!

Just to let everyone know that we were approved!

We would have known this on Christmas Eve but missed UPS and had to wait until boxing day Doh!

A huge thank you to everyone here that's helped me through this. I honestly couldn't have done it without you.

Everyone who is waiting on news, it'll come. I'm pretty surprised at the efficiency shown by a government department even after the few hiccups.

Ill be sticking around in case I can offer any help that I've learned during the process.

Until 2.5 years time when I have to do it again hahaha!
