Woke up to an email to pay for our IHS today. Yes they sent me one too.

I paid for the kids and emailed over all proof.

1 step closer.

My husband went temporarily blind in 1 eye at the end of last year, he has a follow up appointment on Feb 28th, hes hoping I'm there to take him because he wont be able to drive after the tests. I'm here keeping my fingers and toes cross that I'm almost at the finish line now.

She got through customs very smoothly guys, no problems at all. I'm currently at work as I'm having of the busiest work weeks ever with conferences and training that I couldn't get out of. So she is currently at home, waiting for me. I cannot waaiiittt.

Very glad that she didn't have any issues with me not being there on the other side to pick her up.

So the good news is...we are APPROVED. We received decision made email on 1.16.18 and our packages arrived today with our visas.

The bad news  is ONLY my kids packages arrived. Yes you read that correct. My label is not active and no tracking information updated. Now what do I do?

Visas are active from Jan 24th to Feb 23rd.

Wow so sorry your having to go through this, I don't think I will ever understand this process , someone seriously needs to use Six Sigma at the UKVI

 

Thank you! I'm having a big going-away party on Friday, so it's going to be odd if I don't get my Visa. Lol.

I honestly dont know what to think. I went home to check the packets they returned and literally the only items missing is my passport.

My application and my apoendix 2, came back with the kids.

I would also  call VFS and or send them an email, I know they close at 4-30pm and I think they are closed on Monday as its MLK holiday
I thought they kept the passports at the NY scanning hub and put  the vignettes in once they received communication from Sheffield .

Sending lots of good energy your way ...UPS works till late and I think they deliver on weekends.

I emailed UKVI and I've also contacted VFS. No response as yet. Ive refreshed my tracking label a gazillion times and even called UPS (they havent seen any movements).

Just my luck they will be off on Monday.
