Congrats to those getting their emails back so promptly! We're looking to apply later today/tomorrow, are people uploading documents or sending them to post? Just want to understand what's working for everyone else so far!

We uploaded ours! Even though it says it's a 10MB limit, it doesn't take anything over around 2.5MB. As everyone else said, upload one document at a time. And make sure they're all there before buy priority and I believe it also has to be before your biometrics appointment.

OK great thanks for the tip! And what if we are unable to submit something or we omit a document, should the missing documents alone be sent by post with the application/passport?

I'm sure it won't happen but I'm very much a "check 54 times cut once" kinda guy so sorry if it seems like a silly question.

Actually this happened to us. Hubby thought he did something wrong on the Appendix II and deleted it from our uploads, not realizing he wouldn't be able to re-upload the correction. So we ended up sending that doc along with my passport etc to NY.

We uploaded our documents but like others have said, it was a very slow process and took a long time to reduce the files. It was a frustrating experience for us.

Hi. I’m so glad you all are there and getting settled. I fly out the 28th yay
Oh wow the weather here has been something else, we had that” land hurricane “ they called it , sustained 54 mph wind with guest up to 84mph, a lot of damage around the city and lots of semis blew over. Gotta love March weather in the Panhandle.

I got this email this morning...I think this is the initial email, not sure what if anything it means, but I’m happy they’ve said they’ve got my application! My documents were delivered Wednesday, so hopefully they’ve received everything! “Your online application has been received at the UK Decision Making Centre.  Your application is currently being prepared for consideration by an Entry Clearance Officer.”

They seem to be sending out that email much more consistently. I guess that is a good thing. At least you know your documents are being put together for the ECO. :)

Did you do the regular priority of the $1900 priority in the end?

I did the regular priority in the end and not the $1900.
