Ergh no movement yet, on working day 28 as of tomorrow. I'm a bit confused seeing people on FB talking about a new system of application that must have in the last couple of weeks taken over from the Visa4UK Site, I hope I don't get caught up in the transition and forgotten. Currently staying at a friend's house... fun times.
Submitted online application: 26 May 2019
Biometrics: 06 June 2019
Documents received in NY: 07 June 2019
Received at Decision Making Centre: 25 June 2019
Decision made email: 31 July 2019
Documents and passport returned:

Hi!
I have been creeping on this site for ages now :) and yesterday I received my decision made email. From what I have read from other people’s experience they also received an email with the UPS tracking info along with the decision made email. I haven’t and tracking number still shows no movement of my passport. I have also noticed my email is worded differently as most emails mention the passport will be dispatched. I guess my question is all of this normal?

I'm on working day 28 as of tomorrow as well. I used the new form, and paid priority. Nothing here either. My wife is tracking people on other boards, and facebook groups as well, and some of them that used the new form are saying that theirs didn't get put into the priority pile. So we are getting a bit nervous as well.
I hope we both get an answer soon.

Is there anyway to find out if it got put in the priority pile or not?
I feel like we should be able to contest that. My mental health will not survive another 2 months of this or whatever when I paid $800.

After 30WD I plan on emailing their support address, and my wife is already drafting up a email to our MP where we will be living.
I agree as well, we should be able to contest it, if it was in fact not processed as such.
Their contact information is here:

Just a general question: Does the decision email also come from VISAINFO.SHEFO@fco.gov.uk ?
