Congratulations!!!!! I got mine too! I’ll also be applying for a refund but am not holding my breath. I’m pretty positive we go through VFS. Yay!

Yay..
I just realized that my wife was following you on a facebook group, and at some point we are going to have to meet up in Brum..
I'm so glad it worked out.

Just got the UPS package this morning!

My visa was APPROVED and I can travel as soon as the 13th.
I've already booked a flight out on the 14th to Gatwick, so excited eeep!
Thank you so much to all you wonderful people for the support and answering all my questions!

Totally going to pursue a refund since it wasn't processed as priority initially. Can someone give some advice on priority refunds?
Wish me luck! <3

CONGRATS! I believe you and I were on the same timeline. I arrived via Gatwick last Thursday and am up in Birmingham. I wanted to give my experience getting through the airport security because I've seen various experiences -- I walked to the part with the automated entry kiosks and instead took a hard left where I saw a very small line of people waiting for one officer at a booth. When I approached, I told her this was my first entrance on a spouse settlement visa and she asked where my spouse was, I told her in the lobby probably, and she stamped it and off I went! Was a breeze.

I'm happy that this is almost over for you and all of you who have been approved, it's a very stressful process, but being here now has made it all worth it. Best of luck in the future!

UPS says that our immigration decision is scheduled to be delivered today.

How do people get anything else done?

Hi, can anyone tell us how we upload our supporting documents? We've done biometrics, registered with vfs global and paid roundtrip postage and printed off our labels, we just want to upload our supporting docs and send the application! But we can't find anywhere to upload them. vfs is the closest; they have a link to upload the documents but when we click it we just get the page where you can pay for premium and postage (we paid for priority already via the accessuk site when applying, and as I said we already have our shipping labels printed). So how do we upload??
Really appreciate any help, we're tired of this whole process now :(

Exact same thing happened to us, the website just does not work at all. We eventually gave up and sent everything via mail instead.

I think it's when you don't purchase priority via VFS and do it via Access UK that this happens. It's very silly and frustrating. We tried for 3 days for hours to get it to work but never had any luck with the website.

Hi All,

39WD from online application
34WD from biometrics

Anyone else on a similar priority timeline?

I saw on another forum someone from US apply 10 days after and already have passport in hand. Not sure how to take it, I emailed MP but I feel like our hands are tied.

Yes we received ECO email 12th July.
I have seen maybe 3 or 4 people apply from US 2 weeks after me and already have passport in hand.
We sent message to MP who said they would look into it but they didn't seem overly interested

I heard as we were applying through Visa4UK they were transitioning to Access UK and that handles priority differently. My theory is the switch over created a mess for those applying on the older system. But I have plenty of theories like my ECO has went on holiday ;)

Just received a decision made email. 17 WD.

Not sure if its a good sign or a bad sign that it's taken only 17WD haha.

Guess we wait and refresh UPS tracking every 5 minutes till passport is in hand now!
