So.... today there was a very bad day for me and my fiance...

Finally, I received an email from Sheffield with the refusal attached (for fiance visa). The grounds are absolutely unreasonable, and I don't know what really to do now...

So in total 43 business days...

If you start a new topic and post the exact refusal wording (both from the email and from the refusal letter when you get it), then we can help figure out what happened and how to sort it out.

Just read your case on the other thread. What a farce. I'd be fuming, but of course that only lasts so long and then you're once again faced with the impossibility of living a part. I feel for you tremendously and I hope you're one, able to see this thing to a successful conclusion and two, able to cope.

Thanks for your comment. The problem is that I don't know, what is the successful conclusion. Unfortunately, even if we appeal, we will be punished again - with the timeframes to review our application... Who will be responsible for all that....? Absolute lack of responsibility from the government... Will they reimburse us our fees, in case we win? No... never

My wife is from Georgia(country), TLS Contact doesnt provide such confirmation email like VFS USA. but we asked by paid email service and they confirmed on 21st DEC 2017.
