For 6.4 I would just put whichever date feels true for you.

For 7.3a, that’s correct - just fill in one income/employment and leave the other completely blank.

And another- 9.6 place of issue for my BRP? Is that just UK? Or is it the Cardiff office since that’s where my last FLR was professed?

I'm actually not sure - does it say a place of issue on it anywhere? If so, I would just put what it says there.

The example BRP on the UKVI website shows:

Place and Date of Issue
UK 20-03-2014


So, from that, I would put UK.

Married 1966, left UK 1969, returned 1998, left again 2000, returned June 2014 (husband on spousal visa) granted FLR(M) November 30th 2016  and ILR on  24th May, 2019. Yeah!
