We're trying to submit our online applications for QP and FM, and we have an appointment on Thursday in Bury St Edmonds at the European Passport Expedited Services, so that we don't have to give up our passports (they make certified copies and collect documentation). We are supposed to have a print out of the completed application, but WorldPay won't accept our payment. We've tried several VISA credit and debit cards, but thus far nothing is happening. We put in a phone call to GOV.UK and got turned over to an IT email.
Wondering if others have had this difficulty and if so, what was done to make payment.
