thanks larrabee, yes she took the IELTS test and passed.
I am stuck with the landlord letter at the moment. he agreed to write but is this wording okay? Could you please have a look an comment? Thanks!

Ref: XXX's Tenancy

To whom it may concern,

I, HIS NAME, can confirm that I am the landlord/owner of the 4 bedroom townhouse located at ADDRESS.

I can confirm that the tenant, Mr XXX has lived in the property since September 2011. I can also confirm that I am happy for him to live in the property with his wife Mrs XXX, once she has successfully completed the visa application process and has provided me with the relevant official visa documentation from the UK home office confirming she is legally able to live in the UK.

Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact me on +44 7XXX

Yours Faithfully,

Letter is okay.  He should also state how many rooms there are (bedrooms plus reception rooms) as well as the current number of occupants to demonstrate the property will not be over crowded.

Have him add that in and send it to you with a wet signature and Bobs Your Uncle.

Has anyone experiences any technical error on visa4uk online application page too? It keeps changing my wife's date of birth and because of that I cant confirm the Biometrics appointment date. In the application form it is correct, yet on the final biometric confirmation screen it keeps changing the day of her birthday from 17 to 10. I have no idea why this is happening. wanted to check with you guys if anyone had the same issue applying online.

Can I create another account and re-fill the form again? or the one I completed and submitted has already gone to HO? I didnt get to the payment page though.

Your application is not complete/submitted until you pay for the visa application.

So, if it’s giving you trouble, I’d start a new application all together.

However, do you have all your documents in your hands, completely ready to submit to Sheffield, including a wet signature letter from your landlord? You should not submit the online application until you are completely ready to post the documents, as the date you pay for the visa is the official application date.

Are you sure you are applying for the correct visa? That doesn't look right but I don't know the process from Georgia unfortunately.

When I confirmed the application, there was no missing section, otherwise it wont allow you to sign the form, will it?

I am really confused now:(

I continued by adding missing information and now the syteme took me to payment page. I am sure its now okay coz the fee is 619 Pound. and I paid already. so i must have done everything correctly then. what do you think larrabee?

Are you talking about the visa fee? It should be £1464. The IHS fee is £600
