OK good. That looks about right. The small discrepancy may be due to currency conversion.

I continued by adding missing information and now the syteme took me to payment page. I am sure its now okay coz the fee is 619 Pound. and I paid already. so i must have done everything correctly then. what do you think larrabee?

Ah, so the missing information was coming up on the IHS payment page, not the online application page?

That makes sense now - sometimes the IHS payment pages can be a bit glitchy.

It sounded like you meant that your actual visa application had missing information and different questions on it than it was supposed to have.

I’m not sure - you will need to check the relevant instruction pages for applications from Georgia to find out when you are allowed to send the documents:

It may be that you need to wait until she has submitted her application and biometrics before you can do it.

It explains where and when to send the Supporting Documents. Looks like you have to do it within 20 working days of the biometrics or 10 working days if you are using the priority processing service.

She has a reference letter from them. shal lwe add this and her CV?

No, they aren’t allowed to consider employment references or potential employment for the applicant - so there’s no point including them.

I am stuck with:

1) Appdx 2 question 3.20:
I have been employed by the same employer for the last 10 months ( since FEB 2017) should I leave this question unanswered?

2)Appdx 2 question 3.22.Ive been employed by the same employer for the last 6 months.. So should i tick YES or NO here?

 I am confused, can you please help?

It depends which financial requirement category you are applying under. 

If you are applying under Category A (with employer at least 6 months and earning at least £18,600 for the entire time), you answer as follows:
3.12 - Tick YES
Go to 3.21
3.21 - Tick YES
3.22 - doesn’t apply to you so leave blank

If you are applying under Category B (you haven’t been with the same employer for 6 months and/or haven’t been earning at least £18,600 with your employer for 6 months), you answer as follows:
3.12 - Tick NO
3.13-3.20... answer as instructed
3.21 - Tick YES
3.22 - Tick YES
