I did write a really nasty review on booking.com but since there were already at least 5 reviews that mentioned the bed bug thing I'm not sure how much they care.  I would think there's some government agency whose job it is to shut down places like that.

I've googled Chilango's and my mouth is now watering....

Oh man, it is proper Mexican food .  There's a Chipotle just down the street but I walk the extra 500 feet for Chilango's. 

Can't find a proper menu for it!! Want to try to get my husband to agree to a dinner in London to try Chilango's! haha We usually just go and park at Westfield and take the Shepherd's Bush tube so will need to see what's closest to there.

Shepherd's Bush is Central line, as is St Paul's ... so you've basically got chauffeur service all the way to Chilango.

That absolutely will not be happening. We always read the best AND worst reviews before finding a place to book and if I even saw a hint about bed bugs I would probably gag and it'd be a hard pass! haha Thankfully we don't need to stay over in London as we are commuting distance

The article says the plane was ready to fly 4 hours later.  Either the poisin wasn't enough to kill the bugs or the poisin was too much to be inside that plane shortly after.  I don't fancy it.

The whole situation is horrible.
