Return Shipping Label- VFS SIte Not working

We are trying to purchase a return shipping label from the VFS Global website but it is not letting us. When we insert our information it says, "there is already an account associated with that GWF number" We also tried purchasing a return shipping label from UPS, and they said they did not do them. What service did you guys use for your return shipping label?

JK! We were able to figure it out. We are so stressed I'm not sure what we were doing wrong. I tried to delete this post but wasn't able to!
