THE BABY SLEPT THROUGH THE NIGHT!!!

Or at least his crying didn't wake either of us up!  I'm not bothered by which one!

PLEASE let this be the start of a new trend!!!

Aww, congratulations!  This first year is why I didn't want kids...  I know how hard it is, and I know I couldn't do it.  But you're on the way up!  You made it!  You survived!  This is like the day after the winter solstice, when you know the sun sets just that little bit later than the day before: spring is coming!

Lol!  Good analogy.  Every day I'm all, "oooo, it's 4:30 and the curtains don't need to be closed yet."

Next major milestone is when they can do a deal...if you can not bang on that pan for 20 minutes I'll give you an ice cream.

20 minutes?!?  I feel like you’ve blacked out the memories of little kids.  20 minutes is like a month to them!

There must have been something in the air last night, I was spared from kitty dancing on my body in the middle of the night too!  ;D

HE DID IT AGAIN!!!!

I have not had this much energy since before I got pregnant with him.  I have no idea what to do with my new-found energy!
