APPLICATION FORM
- FLR (M) form

So we're ready to go a post everything tomorrow as soon as I get my letter from work :-). The IHS is paid for and the form has the payment details for the visa so I think that's everything. Can you guys give this list one last check over to make sure everything is there please? I've included stuff like the BRP card etc so this list is up to date and includes everything we can think of. We've also removed any plastic sleeves so its all in one big pile (shown in the picture) :-)

How did you send it, was it recorded delivery or special delivery? Those are two different things.

Since Tuesday it says that its just been accepted at the post office. Post office swear that it was collected by royal mail but royal mail have no idea where it is. Since there's id's in there royal have started an investigation to find it but its a bit of a back and forth situation atm where either side dont know where it is. I hope they find it because if it's lost then we have no way of reproducing all those documents again

That really sucks and it's not something that I've  ever seen before with special delivery.

What has probably happened and I hope it has, is that it was delivered but just not recorded as such. I am really, really sorry though because no-one needs this level of extra stress.

It's probably a bit early but you can also try calling UKVI  to see if they can tell you if your application has been logged into the system yet or not.

UK Visas and Immigration contact centre
Telephone: 0300 123 2241
Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4:45pm
Friday, 9am to 4:30pm

Thanks i hope so too, i was so worried this would happen as well. Hope it is just an error on the website. No idea what to do if it is lost though, guess we'll have to cross that bridge when we come to it.

Oh yeah good idea, I'll give them a call on monday, hopefully that's enough time to see if the website updates too.
