Hey everyone,

Thanks again for all your help these past few months, you guys really helped me through all the stress of the past few month.

The time has come to start gathering all the docs for the FLR M and just wanted a little advice please :). Here is the document to authenticate my payslips at my new work place and just wanted to confirm if it's ok to use or if any amendments are needed. I've blocked out sensitive data but I kept in my gross pay and start date as I thought this was necessary to show (let me know if i should block this out too please).

That letter looks like it is just authenticating a single payslip. I would have it translated into the plural to cover all of them.

Oh cool thank you I'll get that amended, is everything else ok with it? I'm going to go to the guy with a list of changes so he can just sort them in one go.

Also does this count as a jointly named bill?

Yes.  :)

Woohoo! thank you! what a relief. Even though we kept on top of keeping our documents, we moved addresses like 3 times within the space of this visa and the papers went all over the place tracking them down is tiring

So my plan for the correspondence document is going to be as follows:

May 2016|September 2016|February 2017|July 2017|December 2017|May 2018
Water Bill (Joint)   |Water Bill (Joint)   |Water Bill (Joint)   |Water Bill (Joint)   |Water Bill (Joint)   |Water Bill (Joint)
Bank Statement(Joint)   |Bank Statement(Joint)   |Bank Statement(Joint)   |Bank Statement(Joint)   |Bank Statement(Joint)   |Bank Statement(Joint)
Phone Bill (Single - Applicant)   |Phone Bill (Single - Applicant)   |Phone Bill (Single - Applicant)   |Phone Bill (Single - Applicant)   |Phone Bill (Single - Applicant)   |Phone Bill (Single - Applicant)
Phone Bill (Single - Sponsor)   |Phone Bill (Single - Sponsor)   |Phone Bill (Single - Sponsor)   |Phone Bill (Single - Sponsor)   |Phone Bill (Single - Sponsor)   |Phone Bill (Single - Sponsor)

To Note:
- Husband arrived on May 2016
- Visa Expires 24th January 2019
- Planned  FLR(M) Application Date 4th October 2018 (28 days before 1st November 2018)

How's this looking ? Do I need more documents? Less?

Less.  Much less!  You need a total of six jointly-addressed, or up to 12 individually-addressed pieces from at least three sources.  This could be 4 water bills, 1 bank statement, and 2 phone bills (1 for each of you).   That's enough.  You don't need 24 things!  Evdn if you only had individually-addressed things, the most you'd need is twelve to have items in both names from six moments in time.

Edit: Just pick one item (or two phone bills) from each date column.
9/1/2013 - "fiancée" (marriage) visa issued
4/6/2013 - married (certificate issued same-day)
5/6/2013 - FLR(M)#1 in person -- approved!
8/1/2016 - FLR(M)#2 by post -- approved!
8/5/2018 - ILR in person -- approved!
22/11/2018 - Citizenship (online, with NDRS+JCAP) -- approved!
14/12/2018 - I became a British citizen.  :)

Ooooh I think I get it now, so would this work too?

Oh I just saw your edit, thank you :) Also, we moved homes at the end of May, so the May bill wouldn't show the current address, should I include another correspondence say for September 2018? or would that annoy the case worker since there's more than the required docs?

I never knew when to start/stop my correspondence dates.  Including one more recent bank statement or water bill, just to be sure you've covered the span of time, wouldn't hurt.  Especially as it's now October, and your most recent post is from five months ago.

Thank you, as always you and the others giving advice on here are absolute stars :).

Oh also, I'm sure this isn't an issue but when applying from 4th October and with the Visa expiring on 24th Jan 2019. Assuming the FLR (M) gets accepted. The new visa would start from the 25th Jan 2019 right? Just want to make sure we cover the length of stay requirement when the ILR (M) application comes around.

Umm, no.  The visa will be valid from when it is approved.

What was the arrival date?

I though it was supposed to be made valid from the expiry date of the current visa?

I’ve definitely read that on the UKVI website before, but I can’t find it right now.
