And is this marriage certificate all right for the application or shall we obtain anything else?

Congratulations!!! I'm on mobile so I can't see the marriage certificate perfectly, but I think I can see the a seal on it so it looks like an official copy. Each state's looks different, so I can't help beyond saying that it looka like the right thing.

Questions about bank statements:
- So I have 3 months bank statements 13 Nov 2017 - 31 January 2017 printed out in Natwest branch on 31st of January stamped on every page
- Can I use previous bank statements (used in previous application 31 July 2017 - 13 Nov 2017) - printed out in Natwest branch on 14 Nov 2017 no stamp

Thanks.

Do I need to include any documents about me, like my current employment, my current prove of address? I am the owner of the company, so maybe business registration documents or my payslips.

Nope, they only want the sponsors employment information.

I read one another forum, and just wanted to check whether anyone submits following documents:

- full birth certificates required?
- do we need a property inspection report if my husband owns a house and there is only one name in the council tax bill?
- should the copy of the passport's biometric page be certified?
- should we provide sworn affidavits from at least three British citizens who have knowledge of our relationship?

No to all of your questions :).

Birth certificates have never been required

You don’t need a property inspection report OR a council tax/utility bill

The sponsor’s passport can be certified but it’s not absolutely necessary.

I have never even heard of needing affidavits from any British citizens! They aren’t allowed to consider letters from anyone except your UK spouse.

Thank you so much @ksand24

I am slowly going crazy, every day looking at the documents I assembled...

I have another question:
1) do we need to submit original employment contract?
2) what about 28 days rule? I plan to submit my documents on 26th of February, that will be 27th day from the latest payslip, and after scanning they receive documents in Sheffield the next day, which will be 28th day. Is it better to wait and submit the documents in March with new payslip, bank statements for another month and employment letter?

1) yes, if you can. The contract is not a required document but the guidance does state that they may ask to see both the contract and latest P60, so if you can send them, we recommend it

2) the 28 days only applies to the date you submit the online application and pay for the visa. As long as you apply online within 28 days of the last payslip,  bank statement and the employer letter, it doesn’t matter when the documents arrive in Sheffield.
