Yay! Last hurdle done! Now you just wait for your ceremony and you're a dual citizen! And that means you've increased your options, not restricted yourself to living here forever. You'll have two countries, and all of the rights and privileges (and responsibilities) that that entails.
Oh. Speaking of which, the US had (has?) a travel embargo to Cuba, for example. As a US/UK dual national, would we be allowed to travel to Cuba on a British passport? Not that I intend to go to Cuba. I was just wondering how that sort of thing works for dual nationals.
