I'm finally entering the last stages - my biometric appointment is on Monday! I think I have everything together, I just had one question.

I have three children, none of which are going to be included as dependents on my visa application. My sponsor and I have twin girls who are dual US/UK citizens. As of right now they do not have UK passports, but they do have their Certificates of Registration as British Citizens.

I also have a son from a previous relationship who will be staying with his father for the school years and visiting us during his summer holidays.

What documents should I provide in regards to my children? So far I have...

For my daughters, who will be living with us in the UK as UK citizens:

*US Passports, with copies.
*Birth Certificates, with copies.
*Adoption Orders, with copies (my husband adopted them last year).
*Certificates of Registration as British Citizens, with copies.

For my son, who will not be settling with us:

*US Passport, with copy.
*Birth Certificate, with copy.
*Custody Agreement that states he will stay with his father and visit us in the UK during his summer holidays. It also shows I am not required to pay any child support, with copy.

Is this too much? Not enough?

You do not need to include any documents for your children because they are not applying for visas.

However, if your twins are moving to the UK with you, you really should apply for their UK passports before they enter the UK. Otherwise you may encounter hassles at immigration if you only have their US passports plus their U.K. citizenship registration certificates, as they are supposed to enter using U.K. passports.
