I don't think that is weird but these two have made it clear they were still interested in me. I can be trusted to behave myself but I don't want to give them any false hope. I was their American girl that got away.

I have an ex like that here. He begged to prove he was over me by having coffee with me and my husband. Just no!

But an old friend that is clearly over you and loving their life would be different. If you're Facebook friends see if he'd want to meet up. The worst that happens is he says no, but you have similarly aged kids so it's always good to have more local friends!

We pick her up next weekend :) Purple 2015 C4 Cactus. I am looking forward to the freedom! Slightly bigger than planned but a comfy drive and actually accelerates. (side photo wasn't ours but didn't realise that til i saw the plate, they had a couple)

Yes! Congratulations!!

My car hasn't changed my transport to work as I live within walking distance but it represents freedom. I think this is how teenagers must feel when they get their first car.

We've already put over 700 miles on our car because we can't wait to see what we can see. Lol

Haha yeah. Freedom for sure! I get so sick on the train I am so glad we can go more places now. And I can get to the markets with organic veg and meat. And all the good things! And not worry when I might get an interview opportunity and need to spend 2 hours on transport to get there. I'm glad to see your adventures Tami, there's so much to see if you can get there!
