When entering SS do I include the amount paid for Medicare?

I’m not there yet myself but I would expect that you enter the gross before any deductions. Medicare is type of health insurance and I believe HMRC doesn’t give tax allowances for other types of health insurance.

Medicare payments are most definitely a choice that most everyone has to make. I don’t intend to pay for Medicare when the time comes in a couple of years as I don’t ever see us moving back to the USA to live.
