I’ve moved To the UK before with pets and didn’t use an agency.
I decided to use one this time. But the woman I have been working with doesn’t seem to know how to do this. It’s not that complicated. You look on the website, get the documentation and book the flight.
I am going crazy with her. Now she tells me I have to get a rabies vaccination certificate reissued because the vets info is in the wrong place.
The first time I did this, all I had was the record and it was fine.
Do I have to use an agency, or can I do it myself?
