You're so lucky to get hedgehogs!
I was at a garden centre recently that had THREE varieties of hedgehog food.
I didn't know hedgehog houses were a thing! Now I'm desperately hoping the hedgehog we had in our garden last summer comes back, so I can get it a house. I want this so bad!
You can make one! I'll try to put up a picture of the one I just bought!
Would take you no time at all.... you could go into business!
Awwwwww! I have never seen a hedgehog in the "wild". You guys are so lucky!
I Googled "hedgehog house" after I posted, and immediately came to the same conclusion when I saw the ones commercially available! Oh my gosh, this is totally going to happen! That would be charming. Awwww... I wanna make cute hedgehog houses! ("Hedgehog not included.")
I want a hedgehog in my garden!! My boss lives in Cawdor and gets them sometimes, maybe one will visit Croy Phatbeetle.Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Why do hedgehogs need holes in fences?Hedgehogs travel around one mile every night through our parks and gardens in their quest to find enough food and a mate. If you have an enclosed garden you might be getting in the way of their plans. We now know that one of the main reasons why hedgehogs are declining in Britain is because our fences and walls are becoming more and more secure, reducing the amount of land available to them.We can make their life a little easier by removing the barriers within our control – for example, by making holes in or under our garden fences and walls for them to pass through. DIY ‘Hedgehog Highways’13cm by 13cm is sufficient for any hedgehog to pass through. This will be too small for nearly all pets.
That is so cute!
